摘要
用 β-环糊精 (简写 β- CD)与马来酸酐合成了双 (6 -氧 -丁烯二酸单酯 ) - β- CD(简称 E1) ,用氯乙酸对 E1进行加成反应合成了双 [6 -氧 - (3-脱氧柠檬酸酯 ) ]- β- CD(简称 E2 ) ,E2 分别与 Ni2 + 、Zn2 + 、Mg2 + 形成金属配合物 ,用紫外分光光度法测试了这 3种配合物对脲酶水解尿素的抑制作用 ,其中 E2 · Ni2 + 使脲酶的活性降低了 96 .1% .
Bis(6\|O\|butene diacid ester)\| β \|Cyclodextrin(E\-1) was synthesized by β \|Cyclodextrin and maleic anhydride,synthesized E\-1 forms bis [6\|O\|(3\|deoxy citric acid ester)]\| β \|Cyclodextrin(E\-2) with choloroacteic acid.Metallic complexes are formed by E\-2 with Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) ion respectively.Tests prove that the activities of urease are inhibited by the three complexes of which E\-2·Ni(Ⅱ) nearly inhibits the activities of 96.1 % of urease.
