摘要
用舌状蜈蚣藻藻体的固着器、基部、中部、顶端部为材料分别横切成长 0 .5~ 5mm的切段 ,放入加有N、P元素营养液的培养皿中 ,在 14~ 2 9℃室温下培养 ,结果表明 :藻体固着器、基部、中部切段的上断面均能在 10d左右陆续长出数量不等的幼芽 ,切段的侧面也有少量幼芽发生 ,而下断面则极少生长出幼芽 .培养 6 0d后 ,这些幼芽可长成长达 1.0~ 1.5cm的叶片状小苗 .除固着器能长出假根外 ,其余切段均未见有假根产生 .
When the crossly cut fragments,0.5~5 mm,of the holdfast,base,middle,and top part of the Grateloupia livide ,were cultured apart in containers with nutritious liquid of N and P element in the normal temperature of 14~29 ℃,the result showed that sprouts grew in succession on the upper cross sections with unequal quantity in about 10 days,small quantity of sprouts appeared on the sides of the fragments,and only a few on the lower cross sections.These sprouts grew into young plant,1.0-1.5cm high,after 60 days.The rhizoid could grow out from the holdfast,but none from the remaining fragments.
