摘要
通过对温州市三级医院的医院伦理委员会的机构设置、人员组成、工作规章等方面进行实例分析,发现目前其医院伦理委员会存在人员组成不合理、工作规章不规范等问题。为促进温州市三级医院医院伦理委员会的建设和发展,认为应规范人员组成、设置有效监督机制、完善自身运作机制。
This article analyzed the current situation of organization structuring, personnel composition, work rules of ethics committee in three - level hospital in Wenzhou. It indicated that there were some problems in the ethics committee, such as unreasonable personnel composition, irregular promote the construction and development of hospital ethics committee, be considered including standardizing personnel composition, ving its operation mechanism. setting up working rules and so forth. In order to the corresponding countermeasures should effective supervision mechanism and improving its operation mechanism.
