摘要
糖蛋白广泛分布于生物体内,其糖链部分影响蛋白质的折叠和整体构象,蛋白质与糖链连接的特殊结构使其具备了各种生物活性,参与了人类许多生理功能及疾病的发生和预防。糖基或糖链与蛋白质肽链的链接方式主要有O-连接和N-连接2种。本文综述了糖蛋白的分类、分离纯化方法及其化学结构组成的分析方法,并介绍了某些糖蛋白的生理活性,对糖蛋白的开发利用具有借鉴作用。
Glycoproteins are widely distributed in organisms, and they have a variety of biological activities for its special protein - sugar linkage structure. This paper reviewsed the preparation and structure analysis methods of glycoprotein. Physiological effects of glycoprotein were also summarized aiming to provide some the- oretical reference for developing health food and medicines
