摘要
目的:探讨不同强度跑台运动对大鼠血清中腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)水平的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠,随机分成正常对照组(12只)、中等强度运动组(12只)、最大强度运动组(36只),最大强度运动组又分为运动后即刻组(12只)、运动后0.5h组(12只)、运动后1h组(12只)。采用双抗体两步夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中AMPK水平。结果:对照组和中等强度运动组静息状态的AMPK浓度分别为50.13±10.44U/L和58.87±8.15U/L。而最大强度运动组在运动即刻、运动后0.5小时,运动后1小时的血清AMPK浓度值分别为63.45±13.40U/L、54.26±14.84U/L、50.11±4.27U/L。结论:中等强度运动能够显著提高大鼠静息状态的血清AMPK水平。最大强度运动后即刻大鼠血清中AMPK水平显著增加,运动后0.5小时明显回落,与对照组比较无显著性差异。
objective: to study the different strength run table exercise on rat serum amp activated protein kinase (AMPK) level of influence. Methods: only 60 SD rats, random divided into normal control group (12 only), moderate intensity exercise group (12 only), maximum intensity exercise group (36 only), maximum intensity exercise group is divided into motion again after immediate group ( 12 only), sports after 0.5 h group ( 12 only), after exercise 1 h group ( 12 only). Adopts double antibody two step sandwich ELISA method (ELISA) in serum level of AMPK determination. Results: the control group and moderate intensity exercise group resting state of AMPK concentration were 50.13 + / - 10.44 U/L and 58.87 + / - 8.15 U/L. And the biggest strength in sports exercise group immediately, sports after 0. 5 hour, 1 hour after motion of serum AMPK density were 63.45 + / - 13.40 U/L, 54.26 + / - 14.84 U/L, 50. 11 + / - 4.27 U/L. Conclusion : moderate intensity exercise can improve rats resting state of serum AMPK levels. Maximum strength after exercise immediate rat serum AMPK levels increased significantly, sports 0.5 hours after fell significantly, compared with controls no significant difference.
