摘要
医用领域的非织造布产品已成为国际上非织造布深加工企业的主要发展方向。通过低温等离子预处理以及用含氟整理剂对聚丙烯SMS非织造布进行表面三抗整理改性,研究了聚丙烯SMS非织造布三抗整理前后性能的变化。结果表明,用含氟整理剂PM-3630整理的聚丙烯SMS非织造布的三抗性能有明显改善,其最佳整理工艺是:浸渍时间30 mim,浸渍液质量浓度30 g/L,浸渍液温度30℃。
Medical applications of nonwovens has become a main development direction for international nonwo- vens down-stream processing enterprises. Throughout the low-temperature plasma process and finishing PP SMS nonwovens by fluorine finishing agent on alcohol/oil/blood repellent finishing could change the surface properties of PP SMS nonwovens and studied it in the paper. The result was that after treating with fluorine finishing agent, the properties of alcohol repellent, oil repellent, blood repellent of PP SMS nonwovens got obvious improvement. The optimum finish process was impregnating time of 30 min and impregnating liquid concentration of 30 g/L and impregnating temperature of 30 ℃.
