酵母硒对奶牛血液抗氧化能力及泌乳性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 通过分光光度计定量检测方法,研究硒对奶牛血液抗氧化能力及泌乳性能的影响。将16头奶牛分为基础日粮对照组和添加酵母硒试验组,分别在产前1个月到产后4个月期间,第0、30、60、90、120和150天采血,分离血清,测定全血中硒的含量,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性,丙二醛(MDA)浓度,乳中体细胞数和乳品质量。结果显示:与对照组相比添加酵母硒后奶牛血液中硒含量显著升高(P<0.05);血清中T-AOC、SOD及GSH-PX活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);奶牛的产奶量显著升高(P<0.05);乳中体细胞数量降低显著(P<0.05),对乳成分含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示:适量补硒可以提高奶牛乳腺组织抗氧化能力,减少乳汁体细胞数量,增加产奶量,提高乳品质量。
