摘要
目的探索科学管理中药房的方法,为临床提供质优、安全的中药饮片。方法从硬件建设、人员管理、中药饮片质量管理、完善各项综合考核制度四方面总结分析我院管理中药房的科学方法。结果与结论转变观念,科学管理中药房,加强硬件建设、努力提高从业人员素质、依法管理中药饮片,更好地发挥中药在临床的独特疗效。
Objective Manage the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） Pharmacy scientifically,and provide clinical treatment withgood and safe prepared slices of TCM. Methods Analyze the scientific management of TCM Pharmacy in our hospital through the four aspectshardware construction,personnel management,quality control over prepared slices of TCM and comprehensive performance appraisal system improvement. Results and Conclusion we should change the old mindset,manage the TCM Pharmacy scientifically,solidify the hardware construction,try to improve staffing quality and control prepared slices of TCM according to relevant laws and regulations, so that the unique efficacy of TCM could be better played.
