摘要
目的 :研究中药三参冲剂抗肺癌转移机理。 方法 :采用前瞻性对照研究方法 ,进行三参冲剂与化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者粘附因子CD4 4、CD4 9、CD3 1表达和对循环内皮细胞 (CEC)影响研究。 结果 :本研究通过中药三参冲剂对肿瘤患者CD4 4、CD4 9、CD3 1、CEC的影响 ,初步证实粘附因子、循环内皮细胞在晚期肺癌的表达增加 ,经中药治疗后可以明显抑制肺癌患者CD4 4、CD4 9、CD3 1粘附因子和CEC的表达 ,与化疗组比较差异显著。 结论 :三参冲剂可抑制肺癌患者粘附因子和循环内皮细胞的表达 ,减轻内皮细胞的通透性 ,阻断了肿瘤细胞的粘附 ,从而减少了肿瘤转移的形成。
Objective:To explore the inhibiting mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine San Shen Powder(SS)on lung carcinoma metastasis.Methods:Controlled prospective study was adopted to investigate the effect of SS and chemotherapy on the expression of adhesion molecule,CD 44 ,CD 49 ,CD 31 and circulating endothelial cell(CEC)in the advanced non small cell lung cancer patients.Results:This study demonstrated preliminarily adhesion molecules CD 32 ,CD 44 ,CD 49 ,and CEC expression increase was correlated with metastasis in the advanced non small cell lung cancer.San Shen Powder could reduce this expression and the amount of CEC,protect endothelial entity,enhance patients lift quality significantly compared with the chemotherapy control group.Conclusion:San Shen Powder could reduce expression of adhesion molecules CD 44 ,CD 31 ,CD 49 in the advanced lung cancer patient,reduce amount of CEC and protect endothelial entity.San Shen Powder could protect against cancer cell metastasis.
