摘要
为研究冬凌草甲素对人白血病细胞系 ＨＬ－６０细胞的生长抑制作用，以不同浓度的冬凌草甲素处理体外培养 ＨＬ－６０细胞２４ｈ，以噻唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）法测定细胞生长曲线，以光学显微镜和流式细胞仪分析细胞凋亡，结果冬凌草甲素６～２４μｍｏｌ／Ｌ可显著抑制ＨＬ－６０细胞生长，４～１２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ可诱导细胞凋亡，为冬凌草甲素治疗白血病提供了依据。
To study the inhibitory effect of oridonin on the proliferation of HL-60 cells. HL-60 cells were treated with oridonin at different concentrations for 24h,cell growth was analyzed by MTT assay,cell apoptosis was evaluated by light microscopy and flow cytometry. The results showed that 6-24μ mol/L of oridonin remarkably inhibited HL-60 cells growth and 4-12μ mol/L of oridonin could induce apoptosis, It provides evidence for the potential usefulness of oridonin in the treatment of human leukemia.
