摘要
对2套分别采用二氧化碳汽提法和水溶液全循环法工艺技术的尿素装置的主要参数、运行数据和生产成本进行了对比。比较结果表明:二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置除了投资稍高外,无论运行稳定性还是吨尿素消耗都优于水溶液全循环法工艺。
A comparison is made of two urea units based on carbon dioxide stripping and aqueous solution total recycle processes with respect to their main parameters, operation data and production cost. The results of the comparison show that the urea unit based on carbon dioxide stripping process is better than the aqueous solution total recycle process in terms of operation stability and consumption figures per ton of urea although the investment for the former is higher.
