股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子下骨折36例疗效分析被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子下骨折的手术疗效。方法:对于2009年1月～2012年1月,我院股骨转子下骨折患者36例,采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,同时评定其疗效。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6～24个月,平均16个月。术后伤口均一期愈合,X线片骨折均达到解剖复位或近解剖复位。无感染、血管神经损伤、骨筋膜室综合征等并发症发生。功能恢复情况:行走正常34例;行走稍有跛行2例。按Sanders髋关节功能评分标准评定疗效,优34例,良2例。结论:股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子下骨折,具有手术创伤小,手术时间短、固定牢靠、并发症少等优点,是股骨转子下骨折较为理想的治疗方法。
