摘要
研究了影响药用丁基胶塞产品质量的主要因素,对炼胶工艺、硫化工艺、清洗工艺进行了分析并提出了合理的措施,最终使产品达到国内同类先进水平。
The main factors that affect the production of medical butyl-rubber-bottle stoppers were investigated through analyzing the refining-glue process, the vulcanizing process and the cleaning process. Reasonable measures were proposed and the quality of the products achieved the advanced level of domestic counterparts.
