摘要
文章阐述了PICC尖端的最适位置范围和对其进行定位的方法。在此基础上,对导管尖端不同的定位方法(即X线、导管腔内心电图、经胸或经食管超声心电图和模拟机)进行分析,并对如何采用有效方法进行定位的研究前景进行了展望。
This paper discuss the most suitable tips＇position range of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC） and its position locating methods. Based on this,different location methods of catheter tip （ X ray,cathether intraeardiac electrograms,transthoraeic or transesophageal eehoeardiography and analog machine） were analyzed, and the research progress on how to use effective methods to locate was prospected.
