参芪扶正注射液对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠心肌保护的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对SAP大鼠心肌保护的作用及机制。方法:清洁级雄性SD大鼠26只随机分为3组:K组为假手术组;M组为仅建立SAP大鼠模型组;S组为造模后予腹腔注射中药参芪扶正注射液。观察3组大鼠术后24h血清肌酸磷酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌细胞Na+-K+-ATPase活性、线粒体膜电位及心肌细胞凋亡指数,并对心脏及胰腺组织行病理学检查。结果:S组大鼠血清CK-MB、LDH、胰腺及心脏病理评分和心肌细胞凋亡指数均低于M组(P<0.01),但高于K组(P<0.01),S组Na+-K+-ATPase活性、线粒体膜电位没有降低的细胞比例高于M组(P<0.05),但低于K组(P<0.01)。结论:参芪扶正注射液对SAP引起的心肌损伤有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the role of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in rats with (severe acute pancre atitis SAP) and its possible mechanism of myocardial protection. Methods Twenty Six healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: K group was given sham operation; M and S groups were established SAP mod- el in rats; S group was treated by intraperitoneal injection of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection after operation. The levels of serum CK-MB ,LDH, Na+-K+ -ATPase activity, mitochondrial membrane potential and myocardial apoptosis were measured after 24 h. Pathologic changes of the pancreas and heart were also detected. Results The lev- els of serum CK-MB and LDH,the heart pathological scores and the myocardial apoptosis in S group were lower than those in M group (P 〈 0.01) but remain higher than those in K group (P 〈 0.01),while the Na+-K+ -ATPase activity and mitochondrial membrane potential were higher than those in M group (P〈 0.05) but remained lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection had myocardial protective ef- fect in rats with SAP.
