摘要
研究了超声波对铸造7050铝合金的微观组织和时效特性的影响。结果表明,与常规铸造比较,经超声处理的合金具有更加细小的微观组织,且更快达到时效峰值。超声处理7050合金在120℃、时效处理8h后,其强度即可达到峰值,抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为602MPa、547MPa和12.7%。而常规铸造合金,时效处理12h后,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率达到峰值,分别为536MPa,462MPa和15.0%。
The microstructures and aging characteristics of ultrasonic and traditional casting 7050 alumi- num alloys were investigated. The results show that, compared with the traditional casting alloy, the ultrasonic casting alloy is characterized with a finer microstructure, and aged time is decreased with easi- er aging-strengthened. For the hot-rolled plate, peak strength appears in the ultrasonic treated alloy with aging at 120 ℃ for 8 hours, where tensile strength, yield strength and elongation reach 602 MPa, 547 MPa,12.7%, respectively,while peak strength occurs in the traditional casting alloy with aged at 120 ℃ for 12 hours, where tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are 536 MPa, 462 MPa and 15.0 %, respectively.
