摘要 目前,国内水稻芽种生产浸种催芽阶段还处于人工以及半机械化状态,生产效率低且浪费大量的人力资源。为此,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的水稻催芽监控系统,该系统硬件设计采用TI公司的ZigBee片上系统CC2530解决方案,由无线传感器网络技术、GPRS无线通讯技术组成;软件设计由IAR开发环境、ASP.NET技术和SQLServer技术组成,借助Internet实现了远程监控。实验表明,该系统能对影响浸种催芽箱、热水箱内的温度和水位因素进行实时、全方位的远程监控,使水稻催芽过程全面自动化。 Now,rice seed production in the stage of soaking seed and germination is still in the artificial and half mechanization status at home,not only reducing the production efficiency but also wasting a great deal of human resources.This paper designs a monitoring system of rice pregermination based on ZigBee,the hardware design of this system adopts ZigBee SoC CC2530 of TI company,consists of wireless sensor network technology and GPRS wireless communication technology;the software design consists of IAR development environment,ASP.NET technology and SQLServer technology,realizes the remote monitoring with Internet.The experiment indicates that the system can proceed a real-time,comprehensive remote monitor to the temperature and water level in the soaking seed and pregermination tank and hot water tank,which makes the process of rice pregermination comprehensive automation.
