摘要
设计了一种感应式静电喷头,简述了该喷头的基本结构和工作过程,并对喷头的雾化性能进行了初步试验。由试验结果分析了气体压力和喷孔直径对喷头雾化性能的影响,得到雾化效果最佳的喷头参数组合。该喷头所得雾滴尺寸满足静电喷雾要求,同时提高了农药利用率。
An electrostatic induction nozzle is designed.The structure and spraying mechanism of this nozzle are simply introduced,and then the atomization properties of the spray nozzle is studied.The results are analyzed that the gas pressure and nozzle diameter have a great effect on its atomization performance,and the best atomization nozzle combination of parameters is obtained;the size of droplet obtained from this nozzle can meet the need of electrostatic spraying,and the nozzle can improve the utilization rate of pesticide.
