摘要 为有效提高产品设计效率、减少设计过程浪费,以及缩短产品上市时间,通过设计过程与制造过程的比较研究,建立了设计流水线中任务、人员、设计知识等对象的语义模型,应用双模式和单模式映射网络辨识各个对象之间以及对象内部的相互关系;应用模糊聚类方法将有价值的设计活动进行组合,以便于设计流水线的建立和重用;针对设计过程的不确定性、迭代性和唯一性特点,建立了设计流水线的多模式线平衡模型,并提出了基于复杂网络的设计流水线瓶颈识别方法。结合某企业实际需求,建立了设计流水线的原型系统,验证了该方法的可行性。 Abstract:Design stream line is a product design process management mode based on production stream line. It can improve design efficiency, reduce design waste and decrease time to market. Through comparing the design process with the production process, the semantic model of tasks, personnel and design knowledge in design stream line was established. The relationships between elements and elements of internal were identified by using mapping network of bimodality and single modality. To build and reuse design stream line, the valuable design activities were modularized based on fuzzy clustering method. Aiming at the features of uncertainty, iterative propority and uniqueness of product development process, multi-mode line balance model of design stream line was presented, and a bottleneck identification algorithm based on complex network algorithm was proposed. Combined with an enterprise's actual demand, a prototype system of design stream line was used to verify the feasibility of proposed method.
