摘要
城市设计方案和城市设计导则是城市设计的两个不同阶段。前者表现为城市规划目标的具体化和空间化;后者是达到城市规划目标的工具和途径。通过两个规划实例,讨论城市设计与控制性详细规划的关系,指出城市设计导则是城市公共空间管制的工具,城市设计导则与控制性详细规划结合的经验可改进城市空间形态的控制手段,同时适应现行法定文件要求。
Ur and urban desig different stages of u ban n gu rban design scheme deline are two design.The former represents the urban planning objectives in a concrete form ; the latter is the tool and approach to achieve the goals of urban planning .This paper discusses the relationship between urban design and the regulatory detailed planning through two planning instances, points out that the urban design guideline is the regulatory tool of urban public space, urban design guideline integrated with the regulatory detailed planning can improve the regulatory means of urban form while adapting to the current legal planning requirements.
