摘要
在对折叠汽车折叠机构运动分析的基础上,运用三维建模软件UG建立折叠汽车折叠底盘实体模型,并进行运动仿真分析。最后将建立好的模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行综合网格划分,建立有限元模型。通过加载对车架进行模态分析和静力分析,对适应新能源汽车结构特性的车架结构提供工程设计可行性,并为后续优化设计提供基础。
On the basis of the analysis of the folding car kinematics, a solid model of the folding car chassis is established with three -dimensional modeling software UG, and motion simulation analysis is conducted. Finally, the finite element model of the frame of the folding car is established based on ANSYS. By modal analysis and static analysis of the frame, feasibility of engineering design is proven to adapt the frame struc- ture to the structural characteristics of the new energy automobile, providing a basis for the subsequent opti- mization of the design.
