摘要
为了减少碳的排放,在产生同等热量的情况下,用粒度为200目左右的原煤煤粉和改性煤(250℃热处理)煤粉来吸收氨气,制成低碳化煤(包括吸氨原煤、吸氨改性煤),并采用热重分析法来分析比较原煤、改性煤、吸氨原煤、吸氨改性煤的燃料特性。研究结果表明,氨气对煤的燃料特性有一定影响,但影响效果不是很明显。吸氨原煤的燃料特性最好,原煤次之,然后是改性煤,吸氨改性煤最差。
In order to reduce carbon emissions and in the case of producing the same amount of heat, raw coal and modified coal (250 ~C heat treatment ) which the grain size of is about 200 meshes were used to absorb ammonia, make them into low carbon coal which includes the raw coal which has absorbed ammonia and the modified coal which has absorbed ammonia, and use TGA to analyse their combustion characteristic. It was found in the research that ammonia has a little influence on he combustion characteristic of coal. The combustion characteristic of the raw coal which has absorbed ammonia is best, and then raw coal, modified coal, modified coal which has absorbed ammonia are in a order of proper sequence.
