摘要
阿魏酸糖酯作为一种重要的生理活性物质,在食品、药品、化妆品等领域得到广泛应用。本文首先建立动物模型,对实验小鼠口投从玉米麸皮中提取的低分子质量阿魏酸糖酯,然后收集小鼠粪便及盲肠,并从中分离培养双歧杆菌;最后从双歧杆菌的培养物中提取脂磷壁酸,探讨低分子质量玉米麸皮阿魏酸糖酯对双歧杆菌表面分子脂磷壁酸含量的影响。试验结果表明:低分子质量玉米麸皮阿魏酸糖酯对双歧杆菌表面分子脂磷壁酸含量具有促进作用。
Ferulic acid sugar esters as important physiologically active substances are widely used in food,pharmaceutical,cosmetics and other fields.In this paper,firstly,experimental mice models were established and the low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters collected from corn bran were offered by tintragastric administration to the mice;the feces and appendix were collected and the strain of bifidobacterium was isolated from them;finally,lipoteichoic acid was extracted from the Bifidobacteria.And then the effects of low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters on LTA were analyzed.The results showed that low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters from corn bran could increase the content of lipoteichoic acid.
