摘要
管道航路能够提高现有空域容量、增加空域的使用效率。但开启和运行该航路比常规航路需要更高的成本。本文根据交通流量需求情况,在航班等待费用和航路运行费用下寻找最合适的激活时刻。建立了最小费用下的管道航路激活问题的数学优化模型,给出了相应算法及步骤,并进行了Matlab仿真计算。仿真结果表明了模型和算法的有效性。
Tube air routes are able to increase the airspace capacity and improve the efficient use of airspace.But it requires a higher cost for opening and running the tube air routes than the conventional ones.According to traffic demands,the most suitable activation time is found to minimize the sum of flight waiting cost and air routes operating cost.A mathematical model based on the minimum cost of activation cost problem on tube air routes was set up,and the appropriate algorithm and its steps were described.The simulation results show that the model and algorithm are effective.
