摘要
随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快和经济的迅猛发展,在GDP快速增长的同时,工业化所导致的环境污染问题也非常严峻。各类企业排放的"三废"所引发的水污染、大气污染、土壤污染令人触目惊心,严重威胁到人类的正常生活与复合生态系统的稳定和安全。制药产业是当前污染较为严重的行业之一,要促进企业的可持续发展,实施生态工程是一条重要途径。在市场经济环境下,制药企业与市场、政府形成博弈关系。为了促进企业实施生态工程,政府应当制定经济性和社会性规制,以及促进制药企业实施生态工程的激励机制,以保障企业与复合生态系统的协调发展。
Serious environmental pollutions, accompanying with a rapid growth of GDP, are caused with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, as well as the economic development. The water pollution, air pollution and soil pollution caused by waste disposals from various kinds of companies are shocking and seriously threaten the stability and security of our life and the complex eeosystem. Pharmaceutical industry is currently one of the heavily polluted industries, and the ecological engineering is an important way to promote their sustainable development. A game relationship among pharmaeeutical companies, government and market is formed in the market economy. The government should develop economic and social regulations and incentives as to encourage enterprises to implement the ecological engineering to ensure the coordination between enterprises and the complex ecosystem.
