摘要
如何在体制转型中实现融合发展,这是长三角区域一体化面临的重大而紧迫的时代课题。这里有体制的困境与挑战,要求我们不断完善和优化制度环境,建立起长三角区域合作的利益协调机制和约束机制,创立制度化的多层次组织机构,最大程度地对各种合作要素进行有机整合,实现多方共赢。未来长三角能否在世界经济一体化中受益,还取决于产业体系的规导与创新。
It is of great importance and urgency for the Yangtze River Delta to seek a regional integration during the transitional period.Problems and challenges from the old system demand continued reform and measures to improve the social environment.The establishment of a cross-regional cooperation mechanism,of a multi-tier organization and of an integration of different elements will help realize a win-win for all the parties involved.Besides,whether the region could benefit from world economic integration in the future also depends heavily on its industrial planning program as well as innovations.
