摘要
通过对常用本质安全电气系统防爆检验模式的论述及其对煤矿安全影响的分析,提出了矿用本安电气系统参数完善的整体防爆检验认证理念并分析了其特点,即在对电气系统进行整体检验认证的同时,还应对组成系统的所有关联设备和本质安全设备均应给出完善的防爆参数,以便让任何有经验的用户或专家在设备的整个使用期内,都能够通过比较这些完备的参数来分析任何议定中的电气系统本安防爆性能。依据整体概念进行的参数评定认可模式是引导今后煤矿本安系统设备认证和促进行业本安防爆技术普及提高的发展方向。
Put forward perfect entity explosion protection testing and certification concept for intrinsically safe electrical system parameters for coal mines, by analyzing the explosion protection testing module for normal intrinsically safe electrical system and the effects on coal mine safety, that is, while electrical system is tested and certified as an entity, complete explosion protection parameters of all the associated equipments and intrinsically safe equipments forming the system should be provided, so that any experienced users or experts can analyze the intrinsic safety performance of the intended electrical system during service life by comparing these complete parameters. Parameters assessment and certification module under the entity concept is the developing guidance of certifying the equipments of intrinsically safe electrical system for coal mines and promoting the popularization and increase of intrinsic safety technology.
