摘要
目的 B超引导下经皮肺脓肿穿刺置管引流治疗肺脓肿临床应用进行评估。方法在B超引导定位下用外科麻醉包中的穿刺导管对15例患者进行穿刺置管引流。结果 15例肺脓肿患者在B超引导定位下全部操作成功,成功率达100%。成功后置管引流,每日冲洗、注入抗菌素。15例患者中,治愈9例,好转5例,无效1例,有效率达93%,其并发症低,仅0.07%。结论该项技术用于治疗肺脓肿安全性和准确性很高,并具有疗效好、安全方便、定位准确、损伤小、并发症少等特点。对肺脓肿的治疗有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective B-ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage in the treatment of lung abscess to assess the clinical application of lung abscess. Has the important meaning to the pulmonary abscess treatment, is worth the clinical promotion.
