CT血管成像与动脉造影对冠状动脉病变诊断的对照观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较64层CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影对冠状动脉狭窄及斑块的诊断价值。方法选取初次拟诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者80例,采用64层CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影两种方法检测病变血管段数、超过50%狭窄血管段数及斑块情况。结果 CT和造影检测病变血管段数、超过50%狭窄血管段数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT共检出118个斑块,造影检出83个斑块。结论 64层CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影均可准确检测冠状动脉的狭窄程度,CT在识别斑块的成分及性质方面优于动脉造影。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of 64 layer CT coronary artery imaging and coronary artery angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis and plaques.Methods 80 patients suspected of with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were chosen to detect lesion blood vessel segments,more than 50% stenosis vascular segments and plaque situation by 64 layer CT coronary artery imaging and coronary artery angiography.Results The differences between the two methods(CT and angiography) proved to be not statistically significant(P0.05) in terms of detecting lesion blood vessel segments and stenosis vascular segments.118 plaques were detected by CT,while 83 plaques were detected by angiography.Conclusion 64 layer CT coronary artery imaging and coronary artery angiography can accurately detect the degree of coronary artery stenosis.CT possesses greater advantage than artery angiography in terms of the recognition of the plaques' compositions and properties.
