摘要
目的观察健脾补肾方治疗白细胞减少症患者的临床疗效。方法我院121例白细胞减少症患者被随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(59例),治疗组给予健脾补肾方口服液治疗,对照组给予复方阿胶浆治疗。两组均治疗21 d,治疗前后观察白细胞的变化及总有效率、临床症候改善、副作用及复发情况等。结果治疗21 d后,治疗组白细胞、临床症候改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),副作用及复发情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.9%和72.9%,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾方可改善骨髓造血功能,升高白细胞,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the Fortifying Spleen and Tonifying Kidney Decoction in the treatment of 121 patients with leucopenia.Methods 121 patients with lecopenia in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group（62 cas es） and control group（59 cases）.The treatment group was treated with Fortifying Spleen and Tonifying Kidney Oral Liquid,the control group was treated with complex prescription Compound Ejiao Slurry.Two groups were treated for 21 days,the changes of white blood cells and the total effective,clinical symptom,side effects,recurrence rate were observed before and after treatment.Results White blood cells and clinical symptom in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group after 21 days（P0.05）.Side effects,recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 72.9% in the control group,difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Fortifying Spleen and Tonifying Kidney Decoction can improve bone marrow hematopoietic function and white blood cells,it also has a positive effect on ameliorating clinical symptom and effect.
