摘要
目的对门诊中药房调剂差错进行分析并进行针对性防范,保证患者用药安全,提高患者满意度。方法通过对中药房调剂工作中出现的43例差错及产生差错的原因进行回顾性分析,根据分析结果制定相应的防范措施。结果中药调剂工作中发生的主要差错包括:处方初审差错、调剂差错、复核发药差错。结论加强药品调剂管理有助于保证临床用药的安全、有效,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To analyze and targetedly prevent the dispensing errors in TCM pharmacy of outpatient, so as to ensure patients＇ medication safety and improve patients＇ satisfaction. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 43 dispensing errors and the reasons in TCM pharmacy of outpatient, according to which the corresponding prevention measures were formulated. Results Main dispensing errors made in dispense of outpatient TCM pharmacy included the preliminary examination error of prescriptions, dispensing errors and the errors in reviewing dispensing. Conclusion Strength medicine dispensing management will be helpful to guarantee clinical medication safety and effective, which is helpful to reduce medical tangle.
