Mechanism,detection and prevention strategies of mosquito resistance

摘要 蚊虫是重要的媒介生物,可传播疟疾、乙型脑炎、登革热等疾病。化学防治是重要防治手段之一,但由于卫生杀虫剂的大量使用,致使蚊虫产生不同的抗药性,抗药性已成全球性问题,各国都在进行深入的研究。因此,在蚊虫防治工作中了解掌握抗药性的相关知识技术与方法是非常重要的。作者主要从蚊虫的抗药性机制、抗药性检测方法、抗药性水平以及预防对策等方面进行综述。 Mosquito is an important bio-vector which can transmit malaria, Japanese encephalitis, dengue fever and other diseases. Chemical control is one of the important means of prevention, but due to the large-scale use of hygienic insecticide , the mosquitoes have produced resistance to different insecticide which has become the global problem studied by many countries in-depth. There- fore, it is very important to understand and master the resistance knowledge in mosquito control. This paper summarizes the mosqui- to resistance mechanisms, resistance detection method, resistance levels and preventive measures.
