摘要
在水电站弃渣场场址优选中,如何从众多场址方案中选择较为经济合理、安全可行的方案,需要一个完整且系统的评价指标体系,为工程设计及施工提供指导和评判依据。引入改进的层次分析法,提出了3个准则层指标和6个具体评价指标构成的评价指标体系,不仅将定性与定量分析相结合,而且把参与工程设计的各专业人员的经验判断予以量化赋值并综合统计,通过分析比较得出优选结果。经与实际工程验证,其优选结果与实际工程采用的方案相同,体现了此方法的可行性、有效性和实用性。
A complete and systematic evaluation index system is needed to select a more economic and reasonable scheme for optimization of abandoned dreg site in a hydropower station to provide guidance and evaluation for the engineering design and construction.The improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is introduced,and the evaluation index system including three criteria level indicators and six specific evaluation indexes is also proposed.Coupled with qualitative and quantitative analysis,the judgment and experience of the professionals involved in the design of a project are also being quantified and considered in a comprehensive statistical analysis.The results of optimization show that it is consistent with that of the actual project,which reflects the feasibility,effectiveness and practicality of this method.
