免疫亲和色谱技术在兽药残留检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着对兽药残留检测领域研究的不断深人,免疫亲和色谱技术得到了广泛的应用。本文详细阐述了免疫亲和色谱的原理和关键技术,介绍了其在动物性食品中兽药及饲料药物添加剂残留检测中的应用与进展。兽药残留不仅与公众的健康密切相关,还直接影响到产业界的经济利益和国际贸易。对兽药残留的监测与控制成为国内外兽药研究、开发、使用和管理中的重要内容。由于药物残留检测属于痕量分析,采用一种有效、快捷、普及的净化方法非常必要。近年来,免疫亲和色谱技术在兽药残留检测中的应用越来越广泛。
