摘要 胜任力是"潜在特质"和"显性行为"的集合,其要素包括技术能力、知识结构、职业精神、价值观念、性格特征和心理特征。胜任力应用研究方法的主要目的是获取信度和效度高的数据。胜任力应用研究的主要任务是构建胜任力模型。其一般程序有五步。 The competency is the collection of "latent trait" and "dominant", whose elements include the technical capacity, knowledge structure, occupation spirit, values concept, personality and psychological characteristics. The main purpose of the competency application research methods is to obtain the data with reliability and validity. Its main task is to construct the model of competency. The general procedure includes five steps.
