原发性肝癌病性证素湿与五脏病位证素的关系 被引量:8

Study on the relationship between the syndrome factor dampness and Five-zang of primary hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的:研究原发性肝癌病性证素湿与五脏病位证素的关系。方法:采用中医证素辨证方法,对170例原发性肝癌患者的临床四诊资料进行软件系统录入分析,得出证素名称,分析证素湿与五脏病位之间的关系。结果:总体上看,70分以上的证素积分从高往低的分布频率为:湿>肝>脾>肾>肺>心;从证素积分数值的等级观察,湿与五脏证素积分的分布频率为:1级,湿>脾>肾>肝>肺>心;2级,湿>肝>脾>肾>肺>心;3级,肝>湿>脾=肾>肺>心。证素湿与脾、肝、肾的相关性最大,其相关系数r分别为0.53、0.45、0.41;与心相关系数为0.24;与肺无明显相关性。结论:湿与五脏中的脾、肝、肾密切相关,随着病变程度的加重,病位肝的受损程度亦逐渐加重。 Objective: To study the relationship between the syndrome factors dampness and Five-zang organs of the primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: Clinical data of 170 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were input the software systems by using the method of TCM syndrome factor differentiation,to draw the name of the syndrome factor which named syndrome factors,and analyze the relationship between syndrome factors dampness and the location of Five-zang organs.Results: It showed that the syndrome factors frequency which more than 70 points of primary hepatocellular carcinoma from high to low was: dampness liver spleen kidney lung heart,and the level of the syndrome factors points,the distribution frequency of dampness and Five-zang organs was: level one,dampness spleen kidney liver lung heart;level two,dampness liver spleen kidney lung heart;level three,liver dampness spleen= kidney lung heart.The correlation of syndrome factors dampness and spleen,liver,kidney was most close,the correlation coefficient were separately r= 0.53,0.45,0.41;the correlation coefficient of dampness and heart was 0.24,and no significant correlation with lung.Conclusion: Dampness is closely associated with liver,kidney and spleen.With the serious degrees of lesions,damage of liver also ingravescence.
