摘要
为进一步巩固和加强教学工作的中心地位,激发全体教师的教学热情,不断提高课堂教学质量,扬州大学自2007年以来,已连续开展了3届中青年教师讲课比赛。以2011年60名参赛教师比赛成绩为样本,分别以描述性统计、方差分析、多重比较和相关分析方法,对比赛结果进行分析评价,结果表明:选手间的讲课水平能够用比赛得分(有效成绩)进行较好的区分;虽然大部分评委对选手的看法比较一致,但评委判分中仍存在一些问题。进一步的探究可以找出少数评委判分存在较大差异的原因。研究表明,今后的评委判分工作、比赛奖项设置以及课堂教学质量提高路径等仍有改革余地。
In order to improve the classroom-based teaching quality,Yangzhou University has organized 3 teaching contests for young and middle-aged teachers since 2007.The contest in 2011 involved 60 candidates.A statistical analysis of their performance in the contest reveals that the levels of the candidates' classroom-based teaching skills can be distinguished from each other with their respective total score achieved in the contest.While most judges agree on the performances of the candidates,some problems can still be found in the evaluation of the judges.Based on an analysis of the problems,some suggestions for future improvement are given pertaining to some organizational operations.
