摘要
利用西门子变频器监测所驱动电动机运行参数的功能,对三相笼式异步电动机调压调速与变频调速的节能特性进行对比实验。当电动机以两种调速方式运行时,调节转速使负载发电机对应的输出功率相等。以此测量、计算调压调速时电动机的输入功率、转差功率等参数,给出了两种调速方式运行转差功率曲线,并分析了实验测量数据误差,证明该项实验方法切实可行。
By use of function of Siemens inverter monitoring running parameters of motor driven,comparative experiment on energy-saving characteristics of three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor variable voltage speed regulation and variable frequency speed regulation is implement.Motor speed is adjusted by two methods corresponding to the equal output power of load generator.Then running parameters of motor variable voltage speed regulation about input power and slip power etc can be measured and calculated.By given two speed regulation slip power curves and error analyzing of experiment data,the comparative experiment is attested feasible.
