DNA改组 (DNAshuffling)是 90年代中期发展起来的一种新技术。该文概述了有关DNA改组的基本原理和方法 ,并跟踪了当今该领域的最新研究成果和发展动态。
Developed in the middle of 90′s, DNA shuffling has attracted closed attention of people since its birthday. Recently, this technique is being employed by more and more biotechnological engineering labs and many significant results have been achieved. In this paper, the authors review the basic method and novel strategy of DNA shuffling, and follow the update development of this pioneering technique. [
