摘要
本文给出了46.6MeV/amuC^(6+)离子对四种不同作物胚根细胞中染色体畸变的实验结果。由显微观察发现了微核、小核、桥、断片、游离染色体和环状染色体等多种畸变类型;畸变频率在0.9—179.8‰之间。辐照剂量与畸变频率之间呈显著的正相关性。文中对四种作物之间染色体畸变频率的差异以及畸变频率与种子萌发能力之间的关系进行了讨论,提出了重离子束可以成为作物辐射育种的一种有效的诱变源。
Results of study on the influence of C^(6+) ions with 46. 6 Mev/amu on types and frequencies of chromosomal aberration in radicle cells of 4kinds of plants were presented in the paper. From examination under themicroscope many aberration types, such as micronuclei, minornuclei, bridges,fragments, free chromosomes and ring chromosomes were found. The frequencies ranged from 0.9 to 179.8‰. A significant positive correlation betweenthe aberration frequency and irradiation dose was discovered. The differenceof aberration frequencies among the four kinds of plants and the correlationbetween aberration frequency and germination ability were discussed. Accordingto the results and discussion, it is suggested that heavy ions can be aneffective mutagen for radiation breeding of crops.
