摘要
家鼠分布广泛、活动性强,可传播流行多种人兽共患寄生虫病,严重影响人类健康。通过对相关资料进行研究,明确主要的鼠传人兽共患寄生虫和储存宿主,尤其是掌握对人类危害较大的家鼠所传播的寄生虫种类、病原学和分子生物学特征,将对防控鼠传人兽共患寄生虫病提供有益资料。
House mice are extensively distributed and have strong activity.They can transmit various zoonotic parasitic diseases,thus,seriously affect the health of humans.In this paper,the relevant data were studied,the major zoonotic parasites and storage hosts were confirmed,and the parasite species,etiology,and molecular biology characterization of house mice were come to understand.The present review could provide useful information for the control and prevention of zoonotic parasitic diseases transmitted by house mice.
