摘要
我国生物质发电厂采用的是高温高压锅炉,对热力系统中水汽品质要求较高,而凝汽器的结垢将对机组安全经济运行的产生重大影响。本文针对生物质发电机组凝汽器结垢的现状,通过分析总结结垢形态的形成机理及环境因素,提出凝汽器在线清洗方法。
Biomass power plant in China by high temperature and high pressure boiler, the thermal system in water vapor quality request is higher, and condenser scaling on the unit will be safe and economic operation of a significant impact. In this paper the biomass power generation unit condenser fouling present situation, through the analysis in the form of fouling formation mechanism and environmental factor, put forward the condenser online cleaning method.
