摘要
糖萜素是从植物中提取的天然活性物质,具有调节动物机体免疫功能、抗氧化功能、促进蛋白质合成和提高蛋白质酶活性的作用。本文就糖萜素的生物学功能及其在猪生产中的应用作一综述。
Saccharicterpenin is a natural active material which is extracted from plants,with functions of improving immunity,antioxidation,promoting protein synthesis and increasing the activity of protein enzyme.The physicochemical property and function of saccharicterpenin and its application in pig production were reviewed.
