摘要
通过分析不同养殖种类对不同形式磷利用率的差异,以及在鱼粉替代蛋白中添加植酸酶对提高磷利用的影响,综述了水产动物对饲料中磷利用的研究进展,旨在减少水产养殖过程中投喂饲料引起的水体磷污染。
This article analysed the phosphorus （P）utilization of different cuhured fish in different forms of P, and the effects of adding phytase in diets which fish meal replaced by different protein sources, the recent advances of phosphorus utilization in compound aquaculture feed were presented, aiming at reducing water pollution caused by feed.
