摘要
根据针头盖制件的技术要求和结构,结合模具设计、制造的最新技术,研制出一模八腔、可连续完全自动化生产的多次使用的针头盖产品模具。通过增加一小柱,采用中心点浇口,直立式制做,模具结构紧凑。结合力学平衡填充方式,保障了产品壁厚的一致性。冷却系统方面,采用行位冷却,缩短了冷却时间,提高了生产效率;采用高精密的顶出机构将产品顶出型腔,表面不留顶出痕迹。用该模具生产的产品水密试验合格率达99.8%以上。
According to the technical requirements and structure of needle cap products, combined with the latest mould design and manufacture technology, a mould for the reusable needle cap products was designed.The mould has eight cavities and can produce continuously and full automatically.By adding a small column, adopting center point gate, vertical type making, the structure of mould is compact.Combined with mechanical balance filling way, the consistency of product wall thickness is guaranteed.A cooling line is adopted to shorten the cooling time and improve the production efficiency.High precision ejector mechanism is used in product ejector cavity, so there is no ejector mark on product surface.The watertight test qualified rate of the manufacture products is more than 99.8%.
