摘要 在概述越橘属植物的种类、分布及营养功能成分的基础上,重点综述了乌饭树、蓝莓等典型越橘属植物资源综合利用技术的研究现状,为今后越橘属植物资源的深入研究与产品开发提供参考依据。 On the basis of the review of species, distribution, nutritional and functional components of Vaccinium plants, this paper summarized the research status of comprehensive utilization technology of typical Vaccinium plants such as Vaccinium bracteatum and blueberry and so on, in order to provide reference for the future research and product development of Vaccinium plant resources.
