摘要
目的观察应用血脂康对血脂正常高血压患者血压及动脉弹性的影响。方法共纳入血脂正常的高血压患者60例,随机分为治疗组(血脂康+硝苯地平缓释片)30例,对照组(硝苯地平缓释片)30例。观察治疗前后血压、上臂-脚踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的变化,疗程均为12周。结果治疗后,治疗组baPWV及CIMT较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂康胶囊显著改善血脂正常的高血压患者动脉弹性,体现了中药多位点、多靶点作用的优势。
Objective To observe the effect of xuezhikang on blood pressure and arterial elasticity in patients with hypertension and normal blood lipids. Methods A total of 60 cases of hypertensive patients with normal blood lipids were randomly divided into a treatment group （ Xuezhikang ＋ nifedipine sustained-release tablets, n = 30） and a control group （ nifedipine sustained-release tablets, n = 30 ）. The changes of blood pressure, brachial - ankle pulse wave velocity （ baPWV） and carotid intima media thickness（ CIMT） were observed before and after treatment. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Results After the treatment, baPWV and CIMT in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuezhikang significantly improves arterial elasticity in hypertensive patients with normal blood lipids. It possesses advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine such as multi-spots and multi-targets in the effect of treatment.
