摘要
对大学生就业心理的辅导逐渐成为高校就业指导工作的重要内容。通过研究心理资本干预对大学生就业心理的作用机制发现,关注从提升心理资本的角度发掘大学生求职过程中的主动性力量,建立心理资本干预机制和框架,可以增强其就业能力,进而实现就业率的提升,因此高校应在就业指导的思维和模式上做出革新。
Graduate's employment psychological counseling is becoming important in the university employment guidance. By studying the effect mechanism of psychological capital intervention on graduate's employment psychology, it's found that explore the initiative power of college students in job hunting by improving psychological capital and build up psychological capital intervention mechanisms can enhance their employability and achieve higher employment rate. So universities should make a renovation in the mode of employment guidance.
