摘要
学风建设是高校的一项重要任务;就业教育的目的就是让学生尽早了解就业形势、掌握就业技能、摆正就业心态,为顺利就业提供理论指导。为了更好的开展高校学风建设,高校应从新生入学伊始就开展有针对性的相关教育,以就业为导向,以学生成长成才为目标,通过将入学教育、专业教育、职业规划教育有机融合,创建"学习型"社团等方式,引导和加强大学低年级学风建设,真正使高校成为培养创新型人才的基地。
The construction of study style is an important task for universities; the purpose of the employment education is to make students understand the employment situation, master employment skills, put the mentality of employment, provide theoretical guidance for employment. In order to carry out the construction of study style in universities, universities should develop targeted education for the freshmen at the beginning of entrance, take the employment as the guidance, helping students master the knowledge as the goal, make the university become the base of cultivating the innovative talents through school education, professional education and occupation planning education, create a ＂learning community ＂, guide and strengthen the construction of study style in university lower grades.
