摘要
本文通过分析180万吨/年甲醇装置进料系统联锁逻辑,指出了原进料系统联锁逻辑存在的问题,提出了改进方案。改进后的180万吨/年甲醇装置进料系统联锁逻辑保证了生产装置的安全、稳定、可靠地运行,对类似装置的联锁逻辑设置有一定的参考作用。
This paper points out the problems existing in the interlock logic of the feed system and puts forward the improvement scheme by analyzing the feed system interlock logic of the methanol plant with a capacity of 1.8 mta.The improved feed system interlock logic assures a safe,stable and reliable operation of the production plant.
